Solution: 'Komp Town' Gamification Program for Sales Departments

From the very beginning, program participants showed great enthusiasm when using the application. The very fact that after many years of the gamification program's operation, employees still log into the system 'after hours' to play, proves that their loyalty to the employer and brand remains at a high level. Work in sales stops being associated solely with focusing on profit, but also combines with entertainment, competition, and satisfaction.
