We have been dealing with loyalty programs for 25 years. We consider ourselves pioneers in this field. In 1998, we created a program for Amica company partners. It was one of the first such projects in Poland. We have managed to replicate the success multiple times, and we have been executing our most interesting projects for over ten years now. We cooperate with Toyota Motor Poland, BASF, Santander Consumer Bank, and Rockwool.

Expert in marketing communication. For over 30 years, he has been directing the development of an organization based on responsibility, independence, and empathy. He built a team of valuable and engaged individuals, as well as a steadily growing business. Co-creator of loyalty and gamification programs for industry giants such as Toyota, Lexus, BASF, ROCKWOOL, Santander, Media Expert, Eurocash, and Unilever. His portfolio also includes advertising campaigns for brands like Amica, MK Cafe, Unity Line, Jutrzenka, and Puccini. Zbyszek is a person with passion. He is always on the go, with a backpack full of books and plans for the next kitesurfing spot. Every journey for him is a new adventure and an opportunity to learn. He values places where he can combine his passion for kitesurfing and discover the unknown. If he were to recommend one book, it would be "Thinking, Fast and Slow" by Daniel Kahneman.
